Provide culturally informed prenatal and health education and case management in an innovative early childhood home visitation program for pregnant women and at-risk families with young children in the Greater Richmond area. Home visitation model is CHIP (Children’s Health Involving Parents). Optimal experience includes women’s health, early childhood development, and home visitation. Team with a Parent Educator and Clinical Social Worker. Proficiency in Spanish preferred. Requirements include current VA registered nurse license; current VA driver’s license; good driving record; reliable transportation; and ability to transport clients in a company vehicle.
