Family Lifeline is excited to host the “Elders are Our Superheroes” exhibit in our Richmond-based office.
A project of the Greater Richmond Age Wave and United Way of Greater Richmond and Petersburg, the project was created by William Fox Elementary students who made artwork showing the special “powers” of their grandparents. We’re excited to participate in showcasing this a fantastic opportunity for children to illustrate their deep connection with older adults and the value of older adults in our community. The pieces reflect the wide range of diversity and traditions of families in our community, as well as the unique traits that make older adults and grandparents a “superhero” to their grandkids.
The exhibit will be up through the end of May so stop by and take a peek!
