Provide culturally informed prenatal and health education and case management in an innovative early childhood home visitation program for pregnant women and at-risk families with young children in the Petersburg area. Home visitation model is CHIP (Children’s Health Involving Parents). Optimal experience includes women’s health, early childhood development, and home visitation. Team with a Parent Educator. Prefer candidate with a proficiency in Spanish. Requirements include current VA registered nurse license; current VA driver’s license; good driving record; reliable transportation; and ability to transport clients in a company vehicle.
